With the main body made using maple, the contrasted details are constructed of walnut, padauk, and curly maple, bringing high contrast with tones of red and amber mixed with the complexity of the curly maple.
The box is reinforced with splines made from padauk, which has a natural subtle red hue.
This product is made of natural wood, and will age with time and take on the marks of use over years, making it a piece with a story.
NOTE: There are 4 small holes in the face of the box (you can see in the pictures) that were unintended, which brings the price of this piece down, but I felt it was still worth selling at a reduced price!
